It is important to me that I can talk to patients on an equal footing and create trust. I always imagine myself when I am a patient somewhere, I don't want to equate the white coat with my own anxiety. Our patients shouldn't feel that in the practice! Even if you are a very professional dentist, if we can't create trust, then for me it's not a successful treatment.
